- Serve as key point of contact for clients
- Support senior bankers in expanding client relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and mandates
- Develop deep understanding of client needs
- Mentor and supervise Associates and Analysts
- Collaborate with internal product partners
- Uphold a culture of excellence and teamwork
