- •Experience in pharmaceutical specialty field sales
- •Management responsibility and sales management knowledge
- •Product, market and customer knowledge
- •Experience in account management and projects
- •Sales talent and confident argumentation skills
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM
- •Customer orientation and strong communication skills
- •Strong initiative, flexibility and development willingness

- •Collaborate cross-functionally with Swiss and global management teams
- •Share best practices and knowledge to achieve national goals
- •Build and maintain relationships with healthcare industry KOLs
- •Negotiate agreements and manage selected key accounts
- •Lead and inspire the professional sales team
- •Bridge communication between field and office staff
- •Manage local and global reporting requirements
