- Lead regional Clinical Study Managers
- Select countries for clinical program studies
- Represent the region at global governance boards
- Manage interactions with regional program stakeholders
- Collaborate with regional GCP compliance teams
- Lead relationships with patient advocacy groups
- Conduct regular program and study delivery reviews
- Apply expert knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines
- Perform appraisals and provide performance feedback
- Support development plans for direct reports
- Contribute to hiring new regional talent
