Aufgaben
- Define and execute the strategic direction for Process Performance
- Lead a team of experts to achieve critical business objectives
- Improve process robustness and efficiency in manufacturing science
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet financial targets
- Manage the department budget and lead with KPIs
- Own the process performance health and product roadmap for commercial products
- Make critical decisions to mitigate risks and enhance efficiency
- Solve complex scientific and technical challenges in Process Performance
- Implement optimized processes across the Roche network
- Act as a spokesperson in process health reviews and audits
- Standardize local business processes and champion best practices
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
- Foster team growth and ensure access to necessary resources
