Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or preferred Master’s/MBA
• 10+ years strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain experience
• Global category management experience
• Track record in cost optimization, negotiations, and risk management
• Preferred experience in industrial, HVAC, or manufacturing sectors
• Proficiency in procurement systems and analytics tools
• Understanding of cost modeling, commodity markets, and sourcing
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Ability to influence across functions and cultures
• Required English and beneficial German, French, or Spanish
