- Set performance expectations and conduct reviews
- Manage underperformance processes with HR support
- Take ownership of realized risk and PnL
- Ensure successful and compliant trading operations
- Monitor orders, trades, and market news flow
- Fine-tune price construction and risk management systems
- Monitor client activity and ensure flow quality
- Maintain a network of hedging counterparties
- Analyze results to drive operational improvements
- Deliver data-driven reports using internal analytical tools
- Maintain up-to-date operational and compliance documentation
- Act as a reference for Sales and IT teams
- Contribute to product development and infrastructure projects
- Monitor and manage the team's capacity allocation
