- Well-developed communication and teamwork skills
- Fluent in all forms of written and spoken English
- Strong time management skills and ability to cope with tight deadlines
- Reliability and integrity

- Advanced modeling skills and/or advanced knowledge of debt financing documentation
- Availability to travel within the EMEA region, primarily in Western Europe

- Engage with issuers and rating advisors
- Monitor news and results for potential rating changes
- Mentor junior colleagues
- Present rating recommendations to committees
- Deliver quality outputs within deadlines
- Use effective questioning and listening skills
- Produce thematic research reports and investor presentations
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Travel within EMEA, primarily Western Europe
- Foster a team spirit of open and constructive cooperation
