Aufgaben
- Coordinate and drive Partnering Business partner products with stakeholders
- Manage trade-offs between client demands, product lifecycle, and business needs
- Contribute to Customer Product Management team development with market insights
- Manage day-to-day lifecycle and operational aspects for projects and products
- Conduct business and quality review meetings, conference calls, and product change management
- Drive customer satisfaction and support business objectives through operational excellence
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain product documentation
- Monitor and manage product forecasting, orders, and deliveries
- Align with stakeholders on necessary actions for product forecasting, orders, and deliveries
- Lead the Product Care Team and manage product-related KPIs
- Ensure on-time delivery of agreed items
- Support sales in preparing and negotiating contracts
- Monitor contract expirations and obligations
- Provide cross-functional guidance and support to teams
- Identify client trends
- Manage the lifecycle of platform-based products using established processes
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for product lifecycle management
