As an Associate Consultant, you will work closely with experienced professionals, learning to design software solutions and manage projects. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, gathering requirements, and tailoring Veeva products to meet their needs, all while developing consulting skills in a supportive environment.

Anforderungen

• •Maximum up to 2 years of work experience
• •University Degree (BA, BS, or BBA) with strong academic performance
• •Fluency in German (native level) and English
• •Willingness to travel up to 20-30% of the time
• •Ability to manage time and meet deadlines
• •Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
• •Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• •Proven analytical skills
• •Interest in working with software for efficiency
• •Experience with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Visio)
• •Degree in Biomed/biochem Engineering or similar
• •Internship or experience with a pharma company
• •Community involvement or leadership experience
• •Teaching experience as a tutor or assistant
• •Programming experience or knowledge of Relational Database concepts
• •CRM System Knowledge (Salesforce preferred)
• •Fluency in another European language (French, Italian)

Aufgaben

• •Collaborate with project teams and senior consultants
• •Learn technical consulting and software solution design
• •Participate in business process discovery workshops
• •Gather customer requirements and support fit/gap analysis
• •Configure Veeva products to meet customer needs
• •Assist in building and testing solutions
• •Train customers and support final deployment
• •Create documentation for system requirements and design
• •Explain solutions to diverse audiences
• •Provide subject matter expertise on Veeva applications
• •Guide customer project teams in best practices
