- Engage and inform internal and external audiences
- Support implementation of communication plans
- Maintain and update communication materials
- Identify relevant topics for stakeholders
- Translate topics into engaging content
- Tailor messaging in German and English
- Align communication with organizational objectives
- Manage internal and external digital channels
- Distribute content across platforms
- Track and report on engagement metrics
- Build relationships with key stakeholders
- Support Local Emergency Team
- Prepare crisis communication templates
- Monitor communication channels during crises
- Support rollout of approved messaging
