- Strong Financial Services sales or relationship management experience
- Established network of contacts (advantageous)
- Experience in FX institution, bank, or financial sales
- Solid understanding of relevant compliance requirements
- Academic background in Business or Finance (plus)
- Exceptional communication and persuasion skills
- Sophisticated technical ability in analysis and risk
- Proven record of identifying new business opportunities
- Skilled negotiator with senior-level relationship leverage
- Fluency in French and business-level English
Aufgaben
- Manage a portfolio of corporate clients
- Set up trading accounts
- Execute FX hedging, lending, payments, and cash management products
- Provide bespoke strategies to minimize client FX risk
- Plan, structure, and execute value-driven deals
- Upsell and cross-sell Ebury’s broad product suite
- Collaborate with the sales team to assist in business origination
- Analyze client business environments and strategies to provide tailored solutions
- Monitor competitor capabilities and gaps to position banking solutions effectively
- Deliver on KPIs for repeat and new business revenue
- Reduce client churn and increase wallet-share
- Build strong relationships through professional client meetings and presentations
- Present ideas, proposals, and updates to clients confidently
- Expand existing business and provide feedback to technology and product managers
- Originate new business through networking and client referrals
- Train and inspire the next generation of team members
