In this role, you will be at the heart of branch operations, ensuring accurate processing and compliance while collaborating with technology teams. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve resolving complex queries, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Anforderungen

• •Similar experience in another Corporate Banking institution
• •Prior experience with payment repairs, funds release, investigation & reconciliation
• •Prior experience collaborating with money market & treasury functions
• •Prior knowledge of Swift to XML ISO migration
• •Basic knowledge of coding in C, C++ or Python and ability to develop local automation tools
• •Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• •Product and system knowledge in Trade Finance, Loan Operations or Cash Management
• •Customer service focus
• •Experience working in a global setup with teams from multiple countries
• •Ability to assess and mitigate process risks and dependencies
• •Ability to work well, apply sound judgment and make timely decisions under pressure
• •Proactivity and self-driven attitude
• •Highly organized and agile

Aufgaben

• •Ensure timely and accurate processing of information
• •Perform relevant controls within Corporate Bank Operations
• •Escalate operational and regulatory risks to management
• •Collaborate with technology teams on system development and testing
• •Provide support during IT issues and incidents
• •Contribute to the development of control solutions
• •Build relationships with front office and internal parties
• •Review operational processes for efficiency improvements
• •Update Key Operating Procedures and manage communication of changes
• •Oversee reconciliations and conduct quality assurance checks
• •Resolve complex queries using in-depth product knowledge
• •Adhere to Bank Policies and Procedures
• •Coordinate User Acceptance Testing
• •Validate document archive inventory
• •Conduct risk assessment reviews
• •Support internal and external audits as needed
