- Generate system-based reports for the team
- Provide clients with factual information and data
- Assist with on-site reception and cash services
- Monitor maturity lists for deposits and loans
- Organize client meetings and prepare necessary documentation
- Troubleshoot issues through internal cross-team collaboration
- Adhere strictly to all legal and compliance guidelines
- Escalate risks and concerns to senior colleagues
