- Deliver high-quality service to Relationship Managers/Group Heads
- Manage client feedback and channel it to relevant departments
- Assist Relationship Managers/Group Heads with client interactions and related tasks
- Customize client requests, including reporting and statistics
- Manage Relationship Managers/Group Heads' calendars
- Prepare for client meetings
- Organize business trips
- Process post-client call and meeting documentation
- Compile presentations
- Support drafting investment proposals
- Assist with marketing activities and events
- Ensure coverage during own absences
- Collect and exchange relevant job information
- Conduct reviews and document work
- Support the implementation of projects and initiatives
- Provide input for process improvements
- Manage expense claim processes for Relationship Managers/Group Heads
- Assist in managing risk as part of the first line of defence
- Ensure adherence to local regulations and internal policies
- Ensure timely clearance of pending items and deficiencies
- Maintain ethical and compliant behavior
- Document client interactions and orders in relevant tools
