Aufgaben
- Represent Testing in seasonal briefings with Marketing and Development
- Allocate perception tests based on intended use and consumer profile
- Manage workload and prioritize tasks using workload tool
- Support issue resolution during testing; escalate to Senior Manager if needed
- Assign questionnaire modules with external IT provider
- Plan and execute perception tests according to adidas standards
- Analyze test results and assess risk of claims and defective returns
- Write test reports with recommendations and document in systems
- Determine product advancement based on perception tests
- Share test results with Development, Marketing, and Design
- Review and decide on execution of test requests
- Create seasonal summary reports and overviews upon request
- Provide input for test standards and procedures
- Support global Product Testing initiatives
- Recruit new product testers through events and networking
- Review and select suitable tester profiles from online applications
- Set up and maintain product testers in central system
- Collect signatures from product testers for relevant processes
- Ensure data protection during testing
- Order, unpack, prepare, and ship product samples for testing
- Organize short- and long-term storage of product samples
- Maintain Testing facilities and devices
