- Ensure world-class execution across the entire product portfolio
- Translate business and product strategy into scalable technology roadmaps
- Balance innovation with legacy constraints during development
- Ship high-quality releases on time and within budget
- Lead and inspire a distributed engineering organization of 200+ FTE
- Build high-performing teams and develop future leaders
- Attract top talent to the company
- Drive a modern, data-driven software development culture
- Foster innovation and risk-taking across architecture and UX
- Improve quality and operations through continuous development
- Align priorities with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Services
- Manage stakeholder expectations and represent Engineering to executive leadership
- Engage with strategic customers as a key business partner
