Aufgaben

  • Develop and manage your sales territory.
  • Acquire and contract new retail partners.
  • Retain existing customers.
  • Coach and develop retail staff at store level.
  • Scout for new franchise and retail businesses.
  • Develop a sales pipeline.
  • Extend contracts directly with franchisers.
  • Coach designated EW owners and team managers.
  • Motivate and train sales agents at point-of-sale.
  • Sustainably expand partner relations with franchise owners and sales agents.
  • Engage partners personally to promote company products.
  • Set commercial objectives with franchise owners and shop managers.
  • Base objectives on shop potentials.
  • Present and discuss results regularly with partners.
  • Prepare annual business plans for franchise partners.
  • Agree on plans with Key Account Managers (KAM).
  • Monitor sales results for deviations.
  • Develop action and sales promotion measures.
  • Collaborate with KAM, franchise partners, and shop managers.
  • Plan and implement regional, franchise, and individual incentives.
  • Base incentives and competitions on objectives and achievements.
  • Ensure compliant sales processes.
  • Monitor and implement internal risk and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor and implement supervisory authority requirements for partners.
