In this role, you will engage with various stakeholders to enhance APS features, translate complex requirements into user-friendly designs, and ensure smooth implementation and support. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing documentation, providing helpdesk support, and representing APS at events.

Anforderungen

• •University degree in environmental, sustainability studies, engineering, business management, information technology, or comparable field
• •At least 2–3 years of experience in software product management
• •Experience with internal/external auditing procedures, quality management, ISO standards, business analysis, and/or stakeholder experience
• •Good understanding of certification systems and complex process landscapes
• •Understanding of software development life cycles and data exchange protocols
• •Strong experience in stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and user-centred product development
• •Excellent English language skills (C1, written and spoken); good German language skills (B2)
• •Excellent analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills with high attention to detail
• •Very good communication and presentation skills with strong service-oriented mindset
• •Ability to work independently, proactively drive improvements, and manage multiple topics in parallel
• •Excellent MS Office skills and strong general IT proficiency

Aufgaben

• •Manage stakeholder exchanges with internal departments and certification bodies
• •Collect, evaluate, prioritize, and coordinate APS feature requests
• •Translate audit and certification requirements into actionable software features
• •Convert complex business processes into structured product specifications
• •Own the UI/UX design of APS, creating user-centered interface concepts
• •Coordinate with software developers and IT for seamless implementation
• •Oversee testing and acceptance processes for new product features
• •Create and maintain APS documentation, including process flows and manuals
• •Provide APS Helpdesk support, including ticket assessment and resolution
• •Create and maintain APS-related website and training content for the ISCC Academy
• •Represent APS at internal and external events and manage legal documents
