- Create templates for document printing
- Support user access rights in defined areas
- Assist in approving user access rights
- Support Kiwiplan plants and train local experts
- Analyze and coordinate process support issues
- Transfer information about changes to site key-users
- Implement new software modules
- Parameterize Kiwiplan, including testing and documentation
- Create and maintain Kiwiplan tickets with tests and documentation
- Facilitate Kiwiplan roll-outs
- Analyze existing processes and consult on process changes
- Support the implementation of new software/modules
- Train local organizations on new systems
- Manage projects within the responsible area
- Provide application and process support
- Create and maintain process documentation and detailed descriptions
- Handle IT-Now (GSN) tickets in the service desk system
