- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Geodesy, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or long-term working experience in construction
- Knowledge of CAD and BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) as well as digital construction processes
- Affinity for software, software development, and process tools
- Working experience with measuring and/or layout solutions and field software on construction sites (e.g. with Leica, Trimble, Topcon)
- Affinity for technology trends and product mindset
- Ability to interpret customer applications and workflows
- Self-reliant personality and ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Motivation with good organization and planning skills
- Proficient in English (written and spoken)
Aufgaben
- Drive innovation in Total Stations and construction software
- Support new product developments with R&D
- Test hardware and software to meet quality standards
- Understand customer needs and translate to product specifications
- Define UI/UX for new measurement technologies
- Provide product training and second line support
- Conduct market analysis for new product development
- Support global sales teams
- Collaborate with on-site colleagues in Heerbrugg
- Be present in the office at least three days per week
