- Academic degree in electrical engineering, microelectronics, physics, or comparable qualification
- More than 4 years of relevant design experience, preferably in BCD technologies
- Advanced knowledge in mixed signal block design
- Knowledge of Cadence design environment
- Understanding of semiconductor backend production (testing, assembly, failure analysis)
- Very good English language skills (written and spoken)
- Desirable German language skills
- Initiative and effective communication skills
- Eagerness to grow and develop
- Applications from severely handicapped people welcome
Aufgaben
- Specify functional circuit blocks
- Design circuits to meet IC specifications
- Work on innovative automotive applications
- Meet stringent automotive design requirements
- Support layout of designed circuits
- Perform transistor-level circuit design
- Simulate and test analog and mixed signal circuits
- Create design documentation
- Validate designs
- Develop test procedures
- Collaborate with digital design teams
- Collaborate with layout teams
- Collaborate with verification teams
- Collaborate with test teams
- Collaborate with application teams
