Aufgaben

• •Lead end-to-end customer implementations with Sales, OPS/CX, and customers
• •Engage with customers to understand their business needs and success criteria
• •Collaborate with Air Operations, Tender Management, IT, and support functions to align solutions
• •Design tailored operational solutions and coordinate their implementation
• •Create and maintain clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• •Provide post-implementation hypercare to stabilize operations
• •Design and improve air freight operational processes with internal stakeholders
• •Develop practical solutions for smarter workflows and enhanced reporting
• •Drive implementation of new processes, tools, and solutions
• •Act as a change enabler for new ways of working
• •Lead and support various projects within the Air organization
• •Contribute to initiatives in FinOps, Quality, Pricing, and Customer Experience
• •Coordinate stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables for project success
• •Bring structure and clarity to complex, cross-functional initiatives
