Anforderungen

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering, applied research or technical consulting / project management
  • Solid understanding of machine learning including transformers, LSTMs, attention mechanisms, model development and data pipelines for time series
  • Strong project management skills and ability to balance technical detail with business requirements and delivery goals
  • Familiarity with model deployment and optimization with PyTorch, ONNX, TensorRT, TorchScript
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German and confidence in customer-facing settings

Aufgaben

  • Gain familiarity with core technology through operational engineering
  • Coordinate the entire project lifecycle from scoping to delivery
  • Translate research results into deployable solutions
  • Act as the main technical liaison for customers
  • Conduct demos, workshops, and gather requirements
  • Develop and optimize models within an engineering team
  • Manage data pipelines for seamless AI integration
  • Ensure clear communication across research, engineering, and product teams
