Aufgaben
- Develop and apply AI/deep learning for digital pathology imaging insights
- Work with foundational models for generative AI in drug discovery
- Support imaging biomarker development by analyzing pathology data
- Collaborate with pathologists and translational teams on image-derived biomarkers
- Contribute to evaluating, validating, and benchmarking image analysis algorithms
- Perform tissue segmentation, cell phenotyping, and feature extraction
- Conduct spatial analysis using state-of-the-art computational approaches
- Stay current with advances in computational pathology and AI/ML
- Contribute to scientific publications
- Present results at internal and external scientific conferences
