- Mandatory fluency in German and English; French a plus
- Eligibility to work in Switzerland
- Motivation, potential, and passion for generative AI
Aufgaben
- Design and implement AI/ML proof-of-concepts
- Develop prototypes to demonstrate business impact
- Fine-tune models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or HuggingFace
- Build and run cloud-based AI services
- Develop data pipelines on Azure, GCP, or AWS
- Contribute to scalable AI architecture design
- Ensure solution security, performance, and maintainability
- Translate client requirements into technical designs
- Guide stakeholders on AI best practices
- Integrate LLMs and MLOps into client engagements
