As an Agent Engineer, you will be at the forefront of designing and building systems that empower agents. Your work will blend software engineering, system design, and security, ensuring efficient and secure operations in a dynamic environment.

Anforderungen

• •Strong background in TypeScript, NodeJS, and modern backend architecture
• •Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, or similar orchestration frameworks
• •Understanding of event-driven or distributed systems
• •Familiarity with vector databases and retrieval-augmented systems
• •Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and secure API design
• •Curiosity about LLMs, reasoning agents, and multi-agent design patterns
• •Belief in AI tools like Cursor and Claude enhancing productivity
• •Experience designing or evaluating RAG and tool-using agents
• •Familiarity with observability stacks
• •Prior work on AI product infrastructure, MCPs, or LangGraph-based systems
• •Contributions to open-source agent frameworks
• •Knowledge of Access Control methods

Aufgaben

• •Design and build agent runtimes for orchestration, state, and concurrency
• •Implement memory and knowledge systems for retrieval, reasoning, and context persistence
• •Integrate MCPs and external APIs for safe and efficient tool execution
• •Design secure data boundaries and enforce RBAC and privacy for agent requests
• •Develop evaluation and monitoring frameworks to measure usefulness, latency, cost, and accuracy
• •Optimize performance and reliability of multi-agent systems on cloud infrastructure
