- •Strong technical expertise for compliant supply and audit readiness
- •Experience deploying complex multi-country solutions
- •Proven coaching and mentoring skills for less experienced colleagues

- •Serve as the Matrix Lead for quality oversight of in-country GMP/GDP operations
- •Ensure effective implementation of Quality requirements and standards
- •Deliver regional priorities aligned with network-wide strategy
- •Develop and drive Regional Quality Improvement Plans
- •Monitor regional performance and trigger action plans for gaps
- •Collaborate with stakeholders across Clinical and Commercial Supply Chain
- •Provide technical expertise to resolve complex quality issues
- •Notify and escalate regional risks and gaps to Senior Management
- •Act as a coach and mentor for less experienced colleagues
