• Develop block-level specifications and models
• Design and model custom analog circuits
• Verify performance in advanced technology nodes
• Create floor-plans and layout designs
• Guide and supervise layout engineers
• Perform pre- and post-layout verification
• Conduct variation-aware design verification
• Collaborate with architects and integration engineers
• Support modeling and system-level designers
• Assist with post-silicon lab bring-up
• Debug and characterize silicon performance
• Support the productization process
• Produce progress and analysis reports
• Generate design and verification documentation
• Develop concept-level architectures and circuits
