- Handle outbound sales
- Manage product renewals
- Process and manage high-impact customer orders
- Maintain and update detailed customer records, including activity
- Follow up on sales leads
- Convert leads into sales
- Record, analyze, and report sales activities and trends
- Develop and present comprehensive sales quotes and proposals
- Manage customer accounts
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with multiple departments to close deals
- Implement strategic sales initiatives
- Manage a large quantity of smaller accounts
