- Create test rigs and setups for compressor seal qualification and validation
- Develop customer-specific sealing solutions and adapt product lines to meet standards
- Serve as the technical lead contact for design-related matters with Sales, Manufacturing, and customers
- Contribute to the development of innovative, sustainable sealing solutions for future energy infrastructure
- Collaborate closely with international design teams
- Work with external partners, research institutes, and suppliers throughout the order process
