- Validate payroll calendars
- Prepare transition to ADP Celergo (Q3 2026)
- Ensure seamless service continuity during transitions
- Conduct complete audit of Skechers' old payroll systems
- Audit ADP Celergo and new provider setup
- Identify legal compliance gaps
- Recommend solutions for compliance gaps
- Document payroll processes and procedures
- Optimize payroll processes and procedures
- Design quality control frameworks
- Implement quality control frameworks
- Implement retail time and absence system (Q2 2026)
- Deploy corporate time management system (Q3 2026)
- Provide user training for new systems
- Offer post-implementation support
