- Hold EU passport, Swiss passport, or Swiss working permit
Aufgaben
- Archive work documents from internal production areas
- Archive documents from external suppliers and service providers
- Maintain physical and electronic archives
- Prepare work documents for scanning according to specifications
- Check completeness of documents
- Scan documents and transfer data to data servers
- Provide documents for audits by authorities and customers
- Support Quality Managers with document-related tasks
- Create digital media for customer documentation
- Support internal departments in document searches
- Maintain digital and physical archives according to regulations
- Maintain archives according to customer contractual agreements
- Send documents to customers
