- •Organize complex international travel itineraries
- •Optimize schedules based on team agendas
- •Prepare and reconcile travel and expense reports
- •Coordinate logistics for customer and prospect visits
- •Manage meeting rooms, hotels, and transportation
- •Arrange restaurant bookings and visitor hospitality
- •Manage calendars and anticipate scheduling conflicts
- •Organize internal and external meetings and workshops
- •Prepare agendas and collect meeting materials
- •Support follow-up actions after meetings
- •Provide daily administrative support to multiple teams
- •Create documents and presentations using Microsoft Office
- •Maintain accurate records and organized documentation
