Aufgaben
- Report directly to the GM Finance
- Supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
- Ensure reliable statutory and consolidated financial statements
- Manage financial reporting for 10 Geneva entities
- Oversee trading and shipping accounting
- Manage derivatives and overheads accounting
- Execute SOX controls actively
- Manage external and internal audit processes
- Prepare financial statements for tax returns
- Improve process efficiency constantly
- Review internal invoicing and service level agreements
- Analyze financial controls and budget follow-up
- Partner with Operations, IT, and Financial Controlling
- Monitor IFRS, Swiss, and French accounting norms
- Apply TotalEnergies guidelines to financial statements
- Implement IFRS 9, 7, 13, 16, and 18
- Support trading entities as an accounting specialist
- Advise on accounting for specific business operations
- Manage a team of 16 specialized accountants
- Direct recruitment, organization, and staff training
- Drive team digitalization using Python and PowerBi
- Ensure timely and high-quality team deliverables
- Maintain effective back-up systems for accounting tasks
