In this role, you will navigate a dynamic finance environment, focusing on maintaining accurate financial records, participating in closing activities, and supporting various departments with accounting queries. Your work will directly impact decision-making and process improvements.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma in accounting, finance or economics
• •Minimum of 3 years track record in a similar role ideally in the banking industry
• •Fluency in French and English (oral and written)
• •Experience with IFRS and accounting principles in Switzerland (Accounting Rules for Banks “ARB-FINMA” is a plus)
• •Excellent MS Office (Excel in particular) skills
• •Knowledge of Temenos T24 and OneStream is considered a plus
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• •Ability to deliver quality work efficiently in a fast-moving environment
• •Meticulous, able to collaborate cross functionally and work on several subjects in parallel, attentive to details with very good organisation skills

Aufgaben

• •Maintain the general ledger
• •Prepare journal entries
• •Produce accounting schedules and reconciliations according to GAAP
• •Perform month-end account-closing activities
• •Participate in half-year and year-end closing processes
• •Prepare responses for external auditors' inquiries
• •Manage assigned accounting projects
• •Assist departments with accounting issues and queries
• •Comply with accounting principles and company policies
• •Contribute to budget preparation and monitoring
• •Prepare regulatory filings as assigned
