- Good analytical mindset, rigor, and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Strong willingness to learn and develop technical accounting skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Interest in process improvement and digitalization initiatives
- Basic knowledge of Swiss accounting practices and IFRS (advantage)
Aufgaben
- Assist with routine accounting operations.
- Participate in monthly closings.
- Contribute to financial analyses.
- Collaborate with internal departments on accounting processes.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
- Perform basic reconciliations.
- Identify reconciliation discrepancies.
- Maintain CO and IFRS compliant accounting records.
- Prepare preliminary audit documentation.
- Collect and consolidate financial information for reporting.
- Monitor key KPIs (DSO, collection rate, AR performance).
- Prepare reporting files (e.g., audit packs, Group reports).
- Reconcile billing.
- Reconcile AP with subledger.
- Reconcile bank accounts.
- Prepare payments.
- Simplify and optimize accounting processes.
- Support SSC digitization initiatives (Navision, Opale).
- Improve tool digitization and efficiency (Navision, Opale).
- Report recurring operational issues.
- Suggest operational improvements.
- Collaborate with finance, audit, operations, and IT.
- Provide administrative and technical accounting support.
- Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
