- Experience in clinical laboratory field sales
- Training as a medical device consultant or medical/biological background
- High willingness to travel within Switzerland and occasionally beyond
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
- Proficient in using a PC (MS Office)
Aufgaben
- Sell products to laboratory customers in Switzerland
- Strategically plan and sell to key customers
- Manage and implement customer relationships
- Set sales targets based on customer needs
- Document visits, projects, and results
- Maintain customer-specific data in SFDC
- Attend local customer events and professional congresses
- Facilitate knowledge transfer with colleagues and supervisors
- Participate in professional development activities
- Assist in organizing customer-specific training and meetings
- Analyze market trends to inform company actions
