Aufgaben
- Manage a portfolio of Mid-Market and Enterprise DACH customers
- Lead commercial onboarding for new customers
- Align stakeholders on goals and success metrics
- Ensure strong adoption and fast time-to-value
- Run structured, outcome-led customer conversations
- Demonstrate ongoing impact and ROI
- Own renewals end-to-end
- Identify and mitigate renewal risks early
- Position renewals as a non-event
- Spot and execute growth opportunities
- Conduct pricing, contracting, and negotiations
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations
- Communicate value and business outcomes effectively
- Maintain accurate Salesforce forecasts and pipelines
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Enablement teams
