- •Ability to exceed quota in B2B technical sales
- •Understanding of design software workflows and electronics design
- •Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- •Experience selling to engineering or R&D leaders
- •Self-motivation and data-driven mindset
- •Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or MBA

- •Manage the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- •Execute go-to-market strategies to expand software adoption
- •Develop trusted relationships with engineering leads and executive stakeholders
- •Collaborate with application engineers on technical product demos
- •Design proof-of-concepts to solve specific customer challenges
- •Exceed pipeline, bookings, and revenue targets
- •Maintain consistent forecast accuracy and CRM discipline
- •Partner cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- •Contribute market insights during quarterly business reviews
- •Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
