Aufgaben

  • Manage account administration and documentation formalities
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers (RMs) on client interactions
  • Ensure high-quality client relationship documentation
  • Handle operational account management tasks
  • Participate in and lead parts of client meetings
  • Maintain client key data in CRM systems
  • Interact professionally with clients for account management
  • Support RMs and Team Heads (THs) in client relationship tasks
  • Provide operational coverage during team absences
  • Draft investment proposals and marketing materials
  • Create customized client information and reports
  • Manage RMs' and THs' calendars and prepare client meetings
  • Organize business trips and post-meeting follow-ups
  • Lead internal projects impacting account relationships
  • Solve administrative issues and update relevant systems
  • Collect and share information to improve processes
  • Ensure efficient and compliant self-organization
  • Conduct reviews and document work
  • Propose professional input for improvements
  • Manage expense claim processes for RMs and THs
  • Support risk management and compliance
  • Ensure adherence to local regulations and internal policies
  • Clear pending items and escalated deficiencies
  • Maintain ethical and compliant behavior
  • Document client interactions and orders accurately
