- Maintain ongoing partner engagement with the Forum
- Build and nurture relationships with partner representatives
- Deliver tailored engagement plans to enhance partner retention
- Onboard new partners into the Forum ecosystem
- Document partner information accurately in Salesforce
- Monitor partner news and health to identify engagement risks
- Adjust engagement strategies based on monitoring insights
- Lead event preparation for institutional events
- Manage event invitations, registrations, and logistics
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation
- Develop and execute engagement plans aligned with partner priorities
- Proactively manage partner retention and engagement metrics
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of partner information in Salesforce
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance partner engagement
