As an Account Manager and HR Transformation Consultant, you will partner with key clients to develop strategies that enhance employee communication and drive sustainable growth, while fostering strong relationships and advocating for customer needs.

Anforderungen

• •At least 6 years of experience in Account Management, HR/Change/Transformation consulting, Customer Success, or Project Management
• •Strategic and consultative mindset
• •Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills
• •Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
• •Hands-on approach and ownership mentality

Aufgaben

• •Take ownership of Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts
• •Develop tailored account and transformation strategies
• •Execute strategies to drive sustainable growth
• •Advise HR and C-level decision-makers on employee communication
• •Guide clients on change management and digital workplace solutions
• •Foster relationships with key decision-makers
• •Act as a link between customers and internal teams
• •Lead project management efforts for customer initiatives
• •Plan and coordinate Executive Business Reviews and workshops
• •Advocate for enterprise customers within Flip
• •Ensure customer needs shape product and service delivery
• •Evolve and scale Customer Success practices for strategic accounts
