Developing B2B accounts and sales strategies for sexual wellbeing products in Eastern Europe. 2+ years account management or business development experience required. 25 days holiday, 4 weeks remote work per year.
Anforderungen
- 2+ years Account Management, Sales, or Business Development experience
- Experience in consumer goods ideally
- Strong understanding of eCommerce
- Strong understanding of trade marketing
- Experience driving sales performance
- Analytical and solution-oriented mindset
- Confidence making data-driven decisions
- Excellent organisational skills
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks
- Comfortable managing multiple tools
- Fluent in German
- Fluent in English
- Additional languages (French, Dutch) are a plus

- Manage and develop key B2B accounts
- Build strong long-term relationships with distributors and retailers
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities
- Target strategic growth areas across markets
- Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies
- Drive revenue and brand visibility
- Create and implement growth initiatives
- Lead cross-functional projects
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams
