- MBA highly desirable
- Deep understanding of industrial product development and manufacturing value chain
- Deep understanding of clinical testing development chain
- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical product development and manufacturing chain
- Excellent ability to diagnose customer needs
- Excellent ability to propose effective product solutions
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Disciplined CRM usage
- Experience navigating RFPs, tenders, supply agreements, and QAAs
- Highly accurate forecast accuracy (target ±5%)
- Robust quota pipeline generation (4–5x quota)
- Demonstrated price realization within guidance
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Additional languages are a plus
- Exceptional organization

- Seed new opportunities in R&D and related functions
- Collaborate with DxRM Specialists
- Manage assigned territory
- Achieve sales and gross profit goals
- Translate customer requirements into practical solutions
- Leverage experience across the product value chain
- Listen actively to customers
- Uncover customer pain points
- Present compelling product solutions
- Use strong sales techniques and business acumen
- Forecast accurately and provide detailed pipeline insights
