- •Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- •Proactive, goal-oriented, and structured working style
- •Hands-on experience with CRM tools
- •Data-driven mindset for sales optimization
- •Customer-first attitude and multi-priority handling
- •Experience in HR tech, recruiting, or SaaS
- •Additional language skills (French, Dutch, or Spanish)
- •Understanding of DACH SMB and mid-market

- •Convert qualified inbound leads into customers
- •Conduct needs analyses and persuasive presentations
- •Position the platform as a top recruiting solution
- •Manage and grow a personal customer portfolio
- •Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
- •Present tailored solutions to existing clients
- •Manage leads and forecast revenue in HubSpot
- •Analyze data to ensure client success
- •Conduct regular strategic client conversations
- •Collaborate with Marketing on lead alignment
- •Report customer feedback to improve processes
