- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, relevant science field, or equivalent experience
- Solid commercial or technical experience in the Polymers Industry
- German, Polish, and English language skills
- Experience in SalesForce, SAP, and MS-Office
- Skillful negotiation in tough situations
- Strong sales skills and business growth drive
- Ability to listen and understand customer needs
- Affinity with sustainability initiatives
Aufgaben
- Visit customers to analyze needs and develop commercial solutions
- Nurture relationships with key external and internal stakeholders
- Prospect and acquire new accounts in targeted markets
- Develop and implement comprehensive account management plans
- Coordinate internal initiatives to drive growth with assigned accounts
- Promote targeted products and capture cross-selling opportunities
- Provide regular updates on market intelligence and competitors
- Lead sustainability projects and initiatives within the North team
- Execute business strategies and recommend potential improvements
- Drive excellence in S&OP and key business processes
- Monitor the timely resolution of customer quality complaints
- Maintain up-to-date account information in Salesforce
