Driving new business for Altium's platform in the embedded semiconductor industry. Minimum 4 years B2B sales experience and German fluency required. Sales methodology execution and complex sales cycle management.

- Excellent written communication skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Organized and self-motivated

Aufgaben
- Drive new business for Altium’s platform
- Understand customer workflows and identify opportunities
- Convert prospects into first-time customers
- Meet or exceed new logo targets
- Execute sales methodology for qualification and forecast accuracy
- Lead discovery conversations to understand customer needs
- Guide prospects through complex buying decisions
- Position platform value, including integration and scalability
- Maintain accurate pipeline management in Salesforce
- Stay updated on product developments and industry trends
- Collaborate with Field Application and Solution Engineers
- Support deal success and platform adoption
- Manage high-volume pipeline with momentum
- Handle both quick-win and longer-cycle deals
