Account Executive - Major Accounts Germany(m/w/x)
Selling Workday's AI platform solutions to major enterprise accounts. Selling SaaS/Cloud solutions to C-levels with multi-year deal cycles required. Restricted stock units and employee stock purchase plan.
Anforderungen
- Experience selling SaaS/Cloud based solutions to C-levels from a field sales position
- Experience collaborating with internal teams to achieve quota and run multiple deals
- Experience managing multi-year deal cycles 12m+
- Proven experience understanding the strategic competitive landscape
- Ability to quickly establish trust with key stakeholders
- Prior experience partnering with internal team members on account strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
Aufgaben
- Develop strategy for targeting and closing key opportunities in Major Accounts
- Perform account planning for assigned accounts
- Coordinate with pre-sales and other resources for strategic alignment
- Initiate and support sales of Workday solutions to prospects
- Share Workday's value proposition with potential customers
- Build relationships with new customers focused on deal management
- Connect customers with Workday solutions, especially core financials
- Negotiate deals with C-Suite Executives to close opportunities
- Maintain accurate customer and prospect data, including pipeline and service forecasts
