- Embed access insights into the commercialization strategy
- Guide local execution of the access strategy in key markets
- Ensure alignment with Access partners for registrational trials
- Co-create access materials incorporating diverse stakeholder perspectives
- Engage externally with stakeholders like HTA bodies and policy makers
- Develop access assessments to inform investment decisions
- Empower and coach GA partners on integrated access strategies
