Anforderungen
- Mechanical, industrial, systems, or integration engineering
- Organising and managing technical data using digital engineering or information management tools
- Clear technical documentation preparation and presentation
- Coordinating technical activities with multiple stakeholders
- Managing priorities effectively
- PDM/PLM environments or engineering data management systems experience (advantageous)
- 3D CAD modelling skills (preferably CATIA V5 or equivalent)
- Understanding of mechanical assemblies and installation constraints
- Understanding of 3D integration principles
- Interest in process improvement, standardisation, and engineering quality
- Ability to analyse technical issues and propose practical solutions
- Collaborative environment work skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously
- Spoken and written English
- Commitment to learn French
- National of a CERN Member or Associate Member State
- Never had a CERN fellow or graduate contract before
- University degree eligibility
Aufgaben
- Coordinate 3D integration studies for LS3
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on-site
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation
- Update project information in internal IT platforms
- Develop project monitoring dashboards
- Create and maintain 3D models using CATIA V5
- Improve CAD data quality in PDM/PLM environment
- Support 3D integration validation workflows
- Develop and standardise 3D integration processes
- Verify mechanical and magnetic references
- Support Integration Committee meetings
- Coordinate laser scanning activities
- Ensure safety compliance and access authorisations
- Develop collaborative web workspaces
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and communication
